Music is the light to my soul. It’s one of the most frequent ways that God whispers His promises to me. When a particular song speaks to me, I will play it until the words are etched on my heart.

Mandisa’s Good Morning is a song I’ve been listening to a lot lately. It has been helping me be excited about mornings and meeting Him in the wee hours when, in my flesh, I would prefer to be asleep.
I hear ya. It can be hard to be excited about getting up early.
“Give Me Jesus” by Jeremy Camp – always brings me close to God.
The thing that gets me in this song is the line- “you can have all this world…give me Jesus” I want that to be my cry!
