the story of RUTH through a child’s eyes {giveaway}

It’s always been a beautiful story. But it’s my need for redemption and provision draws me to this story of hope. I simply can not get enough of Ruth. Making the story real in the lives of my children, well, that has been a little more challenging.

It’s such a small little book, but it’s promises give hope to any broken heart.  Perhaps this was the reason that my heart leapt with excitement when Jackie from The Freedom Girls asked me to review their book, The Story of RUTH Through a Child’s Eyes.

Although my 8 year old could easily read this book on her own, we chose to enjoy the book as a family. Each night we gather around for more as the story unfolds. Intertwined with the amazing heritage of Ruth is the story of a little girl who finds out that sharing her doll with her brother is a FAR bigger issue that she could have ever imagined. When trouble arises, her mom gently sits her down and shares the story of Ruth from the Bible.  Little by little, she unveils the truth…

The pages are so rich with Biblical truth that we just sit and soak it in. We haven’t even finished the book yet, but I couldn’t wait to get a few copies in your hands.

Want to share Ruth’s beautiful story of redemption with your daughter? Enter below to win. I know you will want to see how the story unfolds as much as we do…
