Valentines Bible Verse Printables Bag Toppers

Luke 10:27 is one of my favorite verses about love! This free printable Valentine’s Day Bible verse bag topper is my new favorite because you can literally fill it with anything heart-shaped! I used Dove chocolates, conversation hearts, Jolly Rancher hearts, cinnamon hearts, and even pretty jellybeans, all found at your favorite big box store.

These make great gifts for teachers, neighbors, and even the staff at your church!

valentines Bible verse bag topper

Materials needed for Valentine Bible Verse Bag Toppers:

  • Cardstock: one sheet for every two toppers you want to print
  • 4-inch-wide party bags. You can get them at Walmart or craft stores. Look in the cake decorating aisle. Or order them from Amazon to get them the cheapest.
  • Paper cutter (not mandatory, but creates a nice clean cut!)
  • Heart-shaped or valentine-colored candy

My bags are always taller than needed. Simply cut it down and staple the bag shut before adding the bag topper.

S’mores Valentine Bible Verse Bag Topper

Who doesn’t love s’mores? We made these one year for my Wednesday night class at church, and they were a huge hit with the 6th graders! They take a little more time to make, but they are rather inexpensive.

Lots of church camps have used this printable to make up little kits for their attendees too. It doesn’t have to be Valentine’s Day to share God’s love with someone!

  • Heart-shaped chocolate candy (the Hershey’s ones look better than the Dove)
  • Graham crackers (each bag contains two whole crackers broken in half)
  • Marshmallows (two per bag)

Love Bible Verse Valentine Tags

Looking for something a little more simple? You’ll love these Bible verse valentine tags all about love. There are a variety of verses to print and cut out. You can use a clear bag of any size and fill it with treats of your choice. Candy or homemade treats would be perfect in these bags!

Materials needed for Love Bible Verse Valentine Tags:

  • Cardstock: one sheet for every 12 tags you want to print
  • 4-inch-wide party bags work best, but any size could be used. You can get them at Walmart or craft stores. Look in the cake decorating aisle. Or order them from Amazon to get them the cheapest.
  • Paper cutter (not mandatory, but creates a nice clean cut!)
  • Ribbon to tie the bags. I used twine, but you could also use fun Valentine’s Day colors.
  • Fill with candy or homemade treats. You could even attach these tags to other types of gifts like fuzzy socks or makeup bags.

Pencil Valentine & Bookmark

Looking for a non-candy option? We’ve used these pencil valentines for both the holiday and a women’s retreat. The message is one that everyone needs to hear! “Your name is written on the palms of His hands” (Isaiah 49:16).

pencil valentines bible verse printable

Materials needed for Pencil Valentine & Bookmark:

  • Cardstock: one sheet for every 4 bookmarks you want to print. It can be fun or plain.
  • Paper cutter (not mandatory, but creates a nice clean cut!)
  • Fun Valentine’s Day pencil. Often you can find these in the dollar bins or holiday sections. I got the red heart pencils here.

Mini Bibles Printable

This might be my favorite Valentine’s Day Bible verse printable this year. I guess it’s the crafty girl in me. But don’t fear—it’s not as hard as it looks. You can make a class set in under an hour!

First, gather your supplies and cut the paper and ribbon into the right sizes (noted below). On the back of the cardstock, write your “to and from.” Glue or tape the ribbon about halfway down the center of the OTHER side of the cardstock.

Tape two nuggets in the center of the valentine paper. Fold your printable verse in half and then glue it to the top of the candy. Bring the ribbon over the top and glue it down in the center. Trim if needed. Set aside to dry.

  • 2 Hershey’s Nuggets

  • Thin ribbon (cut into 2-inch-long pieces)
  • Printable verses
  • Tape, glue

Trust in the Lord Verse Printable

I’m a busy mom. Sometimes things like Valentine’s Day threaten to consume me. I want cute valentines to give out, but I don’t have a lot of time. If this resonates with you, I think you’ll really love this valentine.

Simply print the cards on cardstock for stability. One tip for printing: make sure you set your printer to the “best” quality. It will make your printables really lovely. Once printed, I cut them apart with a trimmer for ease, but scissors will work as well.

Then, tape on heart-shaped candy of your choice and add a personal “to and from” message. A meaningful Valentine’s Day Bible verse printable valentine done. Simple, huh?

Materials for Heart Bible verse printable:

  • Cardstock: one sheet for every six valentines you want to print
  • Paper cutter (not mandatory, but creates a nice clean cut!)
  • Heart-shaped chocolate candy (the Hershey’s ones look better than the Dove)

Lip Balm Valentines Bible Verse Printable

Another really simple valentine, this lip balm printable is literally the bomb. OK, I’ll refrain from the corny mom jokes. But seriously, Luke gave these to the nurses one year when he was doing weekly chemo, and they absolutely adored them! Candy gets old this time of the year, plus not all adults want the extra calories. Bless them with something simple yet still sweet!

lip balm valentine Bible verse printable (9)

Materials for Lip Balm Bible verse printable:

  • Cardstock: one sheet for every six valentines you want to print
  • Paper cutter (not mandatory, but creates a nice clean cut!)
  • Lip balm: any kind works, we went for Burts Bees. It’s the best!
  • Washi tape to adhere the lip balm. We used this one.

I printed the Trust the Lord with all your heart printable for my volunteer group. Inserted card & a couple of wrapped Dove chocolate hearts in a treat bag & stapled. Simple & cute. The adult volunteers were just as surprised & happy as children would be. Thank you for making this free printable available.

Here’s What Others Are Saying about Not Consumed

Like Being With a Girlfriend

Thanks for sharing a piece of your family. Your blog is, honestly, the only one I have ever subscribed to. I feel like I'm on the phone with a girlfriend every time I read your words. I love it! I often find myself spending hours clicking from one post to the next telling myself, "okay, one more and then go to bed!" It's all just so helpful!

Positive Impact in My Life

I've been following your blog for a couple years and I have enjoyed participating in your free bible studies/devotions as well as those I've purchased from you. I just wanted to let you know that you've made such a positive impact in my spiritual and home school life, as well as support and encouragement for motherhood. Thank you for being such a blessing to so many moms.

Brings courage to my heart!

I want to thank you for your transparency and dedication to blessing families with resources. Thank you for the life giving words that I read over and over. I cling to the hope I see in your story. Not only did you help me work through things that had happened, you prepared me for a situation that could have consumed me. God used your encouragement to strengthen me. I was so beaten down, discouraged, and tired from the long and difficult path I had been walking. It was a refreshing rain in the middle of a weary road, and it made me hope for a future that is victorious.

Life-giving Words

What an encouragement your words have been to me! The practical tips and realistic systems that you share are so super helpful, but what I have appreciated the most has been your genuine heart for the Lord and for the things of the Lord. What I sense through your words is a heart submitted to the Lord, clinging to Him instead of to bitterness. Walking a path that you never signed up for, painfully aware of your brokenness and inadequacies, but keeping your eyes focused on the only Giver of Life. You have a testimony of victory, of overcoming, Kim. Your life-giving words boast of the faithfulness of a God who hears and sees and knows and provides and comforts. A God who doesn't change.

Monthly Scripture Pages

Thank you for creating the monthly Scripture pages... especially the KJV one! It's the only Bible I use and hardly any bloggers use it on their stuff. I also really appreciate the products that you provide. I really appreciate the insights, laughter, and thoughtfulness put into your blog, emails, Facebook posts, etc.

Fabulous, heart-felt resources for parents!

Thank you, Kim, for continuing to offer such fabulous and heart-felt resources to us parents! I was not raised in a Christian home and feel like I’m floundering in the dark trying to raise my children to know and love the Lord. Your emails and bible studies are my lifeline! You should write a parenting manual!

May God continue to bless you and your family abundantly!

Bible Studies are Incredible!

I just ordered and am in the process of printing out so many of your amazing resources and I can't wait to get started! Your bible studies are incredible and so thoughtful, your planner is wonderfully laid out and your breakfast and lunch stations will save me so much time!! I don't know how you do it all, but I'm thankful you do!

My daughter loves it all!

I just want to write and let you know that my 13-year-old daughter loves, love, loves everything I have ever ordered from you and says that she wants your entire inventory of bible studies for her next birthday!

Thank you for making a positive difference in our lives!

Lasting Impression on My Entire Family

I wanted to write to encourage you and say, "THANK YOU!" I've been following your blog for years, and you have made such a lasting impression on my entire family. We've purchased many of your Bible Studies and a few other wonderful homeschooling resources, all of which we absolutely love!!! Still, I believe the greatest compliment I can give you is that because of your Bible Studies that my children and I have completed together, my oldest daughter has been so inspired, she's started creating her own daily devotionals, modeled after the ones you've made. They are absolutely precious (in her own little 12-year old way), and she prints one off each morning for our entire family to complete during our quiet time. When she finishes her first "study" (which is on the Fruits of the Spirit by the way), she plans to print a set to hand out to her small group at church. To see my daughter take ownership of her faith in this way and to bless others with a deeper study of God's Word is a precious gift to me, and I can't thank you enough for your inspiration and positive influence!

Love everything you do!

As far as the other things, I LOVE my brothers keeper and we've done it twice over the past year or two. I recommend it all the time on so many groups online. I type notconsumed.com almost daily somewhere on something. At times I will come across another resource you have created and it's like you are in my head. So much of what you create is exactly what I want but am not techy enough to do! I had googled a checklist for homeschooling recently and yours popped up. It was exactly the simple thing I wanted. I told my husband that you "get me" when I found it. :) I ended up buying it then hearing about the course and did that too. Even as a veteran homeschool mom I learned a few things from your course. I really love how you foster independence in your kids in stages. Again, exactly what I want to do!

You're in my head, sister!

I just wanted you to know that I LOVE your blog. I can’t tell you how much the homeschooling posts have meant to me. It’s like you’re in my head, sister!! Thank you so much for taking the time in your busy life to minister to struggling moms and making me feel as if I’m not alone.
