Elizabeth Quizon

Elizabeth is an editor for Not Consumed Ministries. Her background includes teaching overseas in an international school for missionary children, teaching for ten years in the public school system, and receiving a master’s degree in reading and literacy. Through friends and various encounters, she was surprised to learn the advantages of homeschooling. When her first child entered the school system, she quickly saw the reality of the benefits found in homeschooling. Nine years later, with her three children, she continues to learn and implement many valuable lessons for educating at home.

In her spare time, Elizabeth loves going on road trips with her family and finding new adventures around the water or beaches. She is an avid reader and a donut enthusiast. She also is devoted to her two Labrador retrievers.
