1. How do I get my freebie download?
We have three amazing download collections for subscribers. We’ve combined all of the goodness into these three files to make it super easy for you to get what you need. If you are having trouble, please watch this video below. It should answer all of your questions!
2. I entered my e-mail address but never received an e-mail with the freebie.
Sometimes it’s tricky to get the emails through. Start by checking your spam box. Often times this kind of email will be filtered into there. If you have a gmail account, be sure to check your promotions tab. Also try your trash box. Please know that we aren’t making you jump through hoops here. Email providers can just be difficult to control!
If you looked in both places and still can’t find it, please email us at kim@notconsumed.com. Let us know that you have watched the video and checked your spam box, but didn’t receive the email. Please give us as much detail about your problem as possible so we can help you quickly. We will resend the email manually after you email us and sometimes just emailing us will fix the problem!
Please note: DON’T bother trying to enter your email on the freebies page again. It’s set up to only send it to you once, so you don’t end up with a bunch of emails you don’t want. We will need to send you the freebie manually and will be happy to help.
3. Can I download more than one of your freebies?
Absolutely! Freebies are one way that I can thank you for being a subscriber. You are welcome to download them all. Simply go to the page of the freebie that you would like and enter your email again. Since you are already subscribed, it will bypass that and just send you the link for that freebie!
4. How do I download and open a zip file?
If you click or tap on a link that is a zip file, the file should download automatically to your computer. A browser window or tab might also open, but you can ignore this; just close that tab. Find where the zip file was downloaded. Many computers automatically save files to a “Downloads” directory or on the desktop. If you can’t find the file, go to your computer’s search feature and search for the file by name. Once you know where the zip file is located, follow the instructions below to “unzip” the file (based on your operating system):
5. My files opened in a new browser tab or window. How do I save them to my computer?
Some browsers open files in a new browser tab or window. In most browsers, this is what you should do: Go to the tab that shows the file, then go to “File” in the menu above and choose “Save As” or “Save Page As.” Your computer will then give you the option to save the file wherever you like.
6. I tried to download on my phone, but now the file won’t open.
Many phones don’t have the necessary software to open the file types of the freebies and digital products. Save your email and come back to download when you can use a computer.
7. Can I share the freebie with my friends?
Every freebie has copyright protection, just like physical books, and cannot be shared. Instead, share the link to where your friends can subscribe so they can follow the steps to claim the free offer themselves. However, if you plan to print and make the items for friends, relatives, or children at church, this is totally fine.
8. What is your statement of faith?
I believe that the Bible is the absolute authority in matters of faith and practice. I believe in the verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture; in one God eternally existing in three Persons; in the creation of all things, including man, as the direct act of God; in eternally secure salvation by grace through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the incarnation and virgin birth of Christ, and in His bodily resurrection; in the personal, bodily, premillennial return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His millennial reign on earth.
I study and write using the KJV and ESV Bibles. However, my studies are written with the intent that children and families will look up Scripture in the Bible of their choice, with specific attention taken to assure questions can be answered from a variety of translations.
Oh, and one more favor. (Pretty please) DO NOT post a comment on this page. It will not be answered or monitored. If you have read all the questions and tips above and still can not make your download work, please email me as requested above. This will help me greatly and will get you the quickest answer!

I am a bit disappointed because I have registered three times and I have not yet received a link to download the Hudson Taylor materials offered. Is there anyway I can get these materials? Thank you
Kim Sorgius says
Have you checked your spam box and added my email address as approved? If you’ve done both of those as noted above, then email me and try again. Unfortunately, I can not control your spam filters. I can only do the best that I can to help you get the email past it.

I can not find where you can purchase dragons of the bible. I went to the link which has another link but that other link doesn’t have the book listed. Can you please email me with the info? Thanks
Kim Sorgius says
That is not my product. You can find it here: http://encouragingmomsathome.com/dragons-bible-copywork-notebooking-pages-coloring-pages/
Melinda Hambrick says
Hi! Can you tell me what to use the daily boxes for at the top of the Weekly Checklist? Maybe it should be obvious, but I am slow! Haha!
Kim Sorgius says
These boxes are flexible. You can use them to note specific assignments or to note what’s on the calendar that day, such as extra-curricular activities.
Melinda Hambrick says
Also, the Educational Snapshot – is that a monthly summary of what they have learned?
Kim Sorgius says
The Educational Snapshot is a place to record the various curricula being used for each subject. If your curriculum changes each month, you may certainly use one per month. I use one per year, per student.
Angela says
Hey Kim,
I had the same question about the ‘Educational Snapshot’ page. Have you written a blog post about it? I think I may just need clarification on its use. Do you haven’t example of how you’ve used it to share with us?
Thanks,
Angela
Suzanne says
