Rachel Mitchell

Rachel Mitchell joined Not Consumed in 2022. She works with the shipping team and also as a customer care specialist, managing the orders that customers return. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing, she worked at the library, checking in materials and assisting patrons. Both her degree and experience as a librarian help her as she answers customers’ questions and assists them with any issues involving their orders. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys walking at the local park, studying Korean at a cafe, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
