  1. My husband is a police officer and when he used to work night shift, I’d have sleep issues, too. Full of fearful nights and lock checking. My favorite verse was Psalm 4:8. Still gives me comfort on the few nights I am home alone now. I also have discovered essential oils as a great way to calm my mind so that I can rest.

  2. Thank you so much for the freebie on fear. So many people struggle with fears that can sometimes paralyze your life. With me, it’s the fear that my health with turn for the worst or that I’ll fail at something I want to accomplish… so I sometimes don’t even try new things 🙁 I love how God’s word gives me strength, comfort and courage though. One of my favorite go-to verses is…

    Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6-7‬ NLT
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

  4. I have been struggling with fear all my life, well, almost since I was 5. I was just recently diagnosed with Complex PTSD. I am on meds for it but unfortunately, the new doctor forgot to let my psychiatrist know that their clinic was to take charge of my pysch meds so I have been without them for 3 days and I have not slept but maybe 5 hours total due to it triggering my Bipolar and then I found some painful changes in my left breast last night for which triggered my PTSD. I see the doctor tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. so could you please pray for me?

  5. Thank you! Learning that we must -SPEAK UP to enemy. He tried to silence me for so long, that I didn’t even know it. Until I had a break through. See the enemy doesn’t want us to know there is power in The name of Jesus. I started to hear things right after I had my baby girl, that is when I learned to use Jesus name with a roar.
Thank you for using your voice and sharing with us on how to silence the enemy. It does get better with Jesus and time.
