Marketing Project Manager

Job type: Full time – remote
Pay: $25-$30/hr

The Marketing Project Manager at Not Consumed Ministries plays a vital role in organizing, executing, and tracking our marketing efforts—from product launches and email campaigns to YouTube content and homeschool conventions. This person manages timelines, coordinates team tasks, pulls performance reports, and ensures that every initiative is delivered on time and with excellence.

  • Skilled in project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

Editor

Job type: Remote contractor, 25-30+ hours per week
Pay: $18-$20/hr

The Editor at Not Consumed Ministries plays a vital role in ensuring all Bible and homeschool resources are theologically sound, educationally rich, and polished to the highest editorial standards. This person will refine content for clarity, consistency, factual and theological accuracy, while upholding the heart and mission of the ministry.

This role is perfect for a meticulous, detail-oriented professional with strong research skills, a solid grasp of theology, and a passion for producing error-free, high-quality educational content for families.

Qualifications

  • Experience examining texts for accurate content
  • Skilled in ensuring accuracy for a variety of ability levels
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, clarity, and consistency in written communication
  • Ability to verify Scripture references and ensure theological soundness
  • Familiarity with curriculum, educational resources, or instructional design
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable in meeting deadlines

Illustrator

Not Consumed is looking for a talented digital illustrator with a passion for creating realistic, watercolor painted-style artwork for children’s homeschool curriculum and Bible studies. This job is a full-time, remote position with a minimum requirement of 30-40 hours a week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Is highly skilled in Procreate for digital painting
  • Has strong abilities in realistic illustration, including working from references
  • Can create detailed pencil sketches and watercolor-style artwork
  • Has experience illustrating historical figures, animals, buildings, machines, and landscapes
  • Understands child-friendly, educational illustration while maintaining artistic realism
  • Has knowledge of traditional watercolor techniques (a plus, but not required)
  • Create with our styling, branding, and audience in mind
  • Able to remain consistent with our style and colors
  • Working on a fast-paced schedule and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of vector and raster formats
  • Able to locate references as needed

Shipping Team Member

Not Consumed is seeking new members of the shipping team for our Greer, South Carolina, warehouse. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

Part-Time/Seasonal

  • This is a entry-level part-time position with typical morning hours of 8:30-12:30 Monday-Friday in our Greer, SC warehouse and occasional afternoons as needed.
  • Responsibilities include helping with shipping, stocking, packaging, and various other duties as needed. Flexible availability is required.
  • Pay range is $8-$11/hr. based on availability.

Full-Time

  • This entry-level position would be from 8:30-4:30, Monday- Friday in our Greer, SC warehouse.
  • Responsibilities include helping with shipping, stocking, packaging, and various other duties as needed.
  • Pay starts at $14/hr.
